Qualification
- B.E (Bachelor Of Engineering, Electronic and communication OR computer science)
Experience
- 5-7 years experience handling enterprise IT environment
Responsibilities
- Can handle complex nature tickets
- Serves as a escalation point for all issues within a tower(Windows/VMware, Oracle, DB2, Backup & Recovery, SAN storage middleware)
- Responsible for maintenance and administration , enhancements , following change management policies , report capacity and availability , updation of the ticketing system
- Train and mentor junior administrators
- Maintains a roster for shift management and listening with Global team for any technical support and expected to participate in weekly operational meetings, Change management meetings
- Lead the team from transition to delivery and also work with Project Manager for Infrastructure projects and SI work
- Should engage in Continuous Improvement Projects or SIPs to improve productivityand SLAs. In Package Implementation space: The incumbent leads and manage complex DBA projects, had expertise in new Oracle developments, technologies, database and application upgrades. Mentors and groom team
