Qualification & Education:
Educated to at least secondary level is required, tertiary education a major advantage with certifications in ticketing and advanced fares using Sabre or Amadeu reservation system and Orion system
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the travel & tourism or hospitality industry or another customer service focused industry is essential. Personal travel experience, product and systems knowledge are considered a key advantage.
Training & Knowledge:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High computer literacy
Customer service experience
Sales approaches & techniques training
Strong command of written and spoken English with Arabic an advantage
Sound understanding of Etihad Holidays destinations and network worldwide
Sound knowledge of customer service and sales principles
Thorough knowledge of tour operating in general, including air, hotels, resorts, car hire, tours, cruises, insurance & transfers
Strong knowledge of EY products and services
