Human Resources Manager (ESS 483)
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies, policies and programs.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. A Masters Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage;
- At least eight years experience with a minimum of five years in Human Capital Management;
- Membership of a recognised human resource professional body;
- Broad knowledge of labour laws, compensation, benefits administration, organisational planning and development, employee relations, performance management, staff training and development;
- Experience in coaching, counselling and mentoring staff; and
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills coupled with exceptional planning and organisation skills.
