JOB TITLE: Sales Executive

JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring the growth and visibility of RwandAir on market resulting into continued increase of passengers on RwandAir flights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and prepare clientele database for planning and identifying clients’ needs;
- Prepare visit work plan for clients for optimum utilization of time and resources;
- Visit, service and build relations with Corporates and frequent fliers to maintain loyalty and optimise revenue;
- Achieve sales targets in line with budget for profitability of the airline;
- Prepare, close sales contracts and deals to key accounts to generate maximum revenue;
- Promote Rwandair products and services to create awareness and generate sales and revenue;
- Gather market intelligence to identify threats and opportunities so as to maintain a competitive edge and generate sales;
- Prepare sales report for management information and performance evaluation and monitoring;
- You will do other duties as assigned to you by your Supervisor.
MAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Directly responsible to: Country Manager
- Functional relationships: all airline departments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Tanzanian by Nationality
- Be ready to work in Kilimanjaro unconditionally
Education and Experience
- University Degree in Marketing or any other related fields
- Recognized IATA certificate or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline sales reservation and ticketing is an added advantage
- 2 years airline or travel agency experience
- He/she must be computer literate.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Conversant with reservation systems.
- High level of Integrity and confidentiality
- Attention to detail
