Good Neighbors Tanzania(GNTZ) was established in 2005 and its activity has been carried on both Dar es Salaam and Mwanza. In particular, GNTZ Western Chapter, which is located in Mwanza has worked with National Institute for Medical Research(NIMR) Mwanza Center as a collaboration partner for NTDs(Neglected Tropical Diseases) Control Program in the Lake Victoria Zone since 2008.

GNTZ Western Chapter is looking for motivated administration manager at its Neglected Tropical Diseases(NTDs) Clinic. The main role of the NTDs Clinic is to improve case management of NTDs in the Lake Victoria Zone and Tanzania at large also focusing on community.
I. Position: Administration Manager [1]
Competencies:
• Graduate degree in Human Resources, business administration, public health, community development or the related major
• Working experience with at least 5~7 years in the Human Resources, health/clinic or NGO sector. Clinical management experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Kiswahili languages and interpersonal skills.
• Should have office administration skills and leadership to manage a team
• Good Knowledge of Labor Laws and industrial relation
• Added advantage point : Work experience of donor funding program, stock management, and medical insurance, Logistics, Age above 33years,accounting skills.
Duties and responsibility:
• Ensure effective communication between director and medical staffs
• Manage to operate the NTDs Clinic to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Arrange all the logistics for the research trip and clinic operating
• Attend and prepare meeting notes for the director’s action
• Follow up with staff members on assigned tasks and keep the director updated till such tasks have been fully executed.
• Key liaison between the department and other departments.
• Prepare and execute process of recruitment, motivation and retending of high quality staff. Forecasting the Human resources requirement and planning.
• Advice management on employee relations,displinary matters and managing programs focusing on workers participation, maximize staff commitment and minimize staff grievances.
