- Responsible for building up the demand side of Tigo Cash to drive penetration by developing and executing a Commercial partnership strategy,
- Leading the product innovation process.

- Three-years experience in assistance to commercially-served channels in mass consumption companies; in issuing result area KPIs and follow up reports; in the development and distribution of sales budgets, in the creation of processes in customer service and training.

Financial Reporting Manager
Reports to: CFO

Summary of Job Description
- Work closely with accounts and billing teams to enhance the revenue billing and reporting systems and thus improve efficiency in all areas.
- Work in conjunction with corporate office and local staff in providing financial analysis information/reports.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and detailed variance analysis and commentaries.
- Preparing and analyzing budgets and involvement in the budgetary process.
- Provide the management every month with information, reports and budget follow up
Minimum Job Requirements
- Five-years of working experience in Accounting or Audit.

Training Manager

The Training Manager will support supporting the Go to Market department in all training activities to ensure continuous improvement for sales, Customer Service Excellency and knowledge on Tigo Products as well as focussing on the organization training materials, filing and maintenance of all training documents.
Minimum Job Requirements
- 2 Years in Customer Service Environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Communication or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English /French).
