Position Overview:
Travel Requirements: Travel may be required for job based on location of role. Travel will be minor and determined geographically by business unit needs.
Function Specific Activities:
• Execute KO Company Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Processes to specification
• Consult on Integrated People Plan (forecasting) process for client groups
• Conduct Hiring Manager “needs clarification” when requisition opens;
• Post jobs internally as needed
• Manage internal pipeline of candidates through the hiring process
• Interface with People Development Forum (PDF) information owners on PDF level candidates (succession management)
• Develop external sourcing strategy and pipelines; activate sources as necessary
• Monitor and ensure goals for candidate slate mix are met for each position
• Pre-screen and develop slate of candidates
• Interface with candidates in a way that ensures best in class candidate experience utilizing employee value proposition materials, when provided
• Monitor and address issues with the scheduling and logistics activities
• Conduct or coordinate any special assessments if needed or required
• Manage candidates selection process and debrief sessions
• Develop salary recommendations; work with Hiring Manager/Compensation to coordinate the offer and initiate relocation as needed
• Consult with Hiring Manager, SBP and Center of Expertise (COEs) throughout the process as needed
• Track and document all activity within the recruiting system (Peopleclick)
• Produce, analyze, and distribute periodic reporting
• Coach and migrate Hiring Managers to self-service tools and talent sourcing mindset over time
• Share successful best practices with global Talent Acquisition COE
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience with a minimum of 5 years direct recruiting (sourcing) experience. Prior recruiting experience in a complex corporate recruiting department and/or prior experience in a search firm strongly preferred.
