Position Overview:
Function Specific Activities:
1. Drive Execution Standard in Vending
2. Assessing opportunities in the market
3. Developing channel execution plans and programs with Channel Planning Team while considering the market reality and bottler capability
4. Aligning on execution plans with bottlers
5. Identifying challenges with continuous tracking, and developing and executing countermeasures
6. Work closely with Bottlers/Region Groups for alignment and follow-up
Minimum Required Education:
University degree –at least 4 year university professional degree
Related Work Experience:
At least 5 years of channel/customer planning and execution experiences
Language Requirements:
Native level of Japanese
Intermediate level of English

1. Strong commitment in pursuing business goals, business improvement proactively even in tough situations
2. Ability to think logically enough to recommend strategic directions/brand plans to internal/external partners
3. Skills to develop presentation materials of decent quality including logical explanation
4. Strong with “numbers” in order to manage sales volume, profit and marketing expenses
5. Communication skills, especially to organize variety of execution programs and projects collaborated with other internal functions while leading and inspiring them
6. Good understanding of Bottling system, vending channel and soft-drink market
