Our Client is a Cellular Company in Tanzania looking to fill the following position;
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Retail Center Quality Analysts visit retail outlet (of the client company) to make sure that customers are being served well and processes are implemented accurately.
- They also interact with customer to understand areas of improvement.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in working at customer operations/contact centers- preferable telecom retail outlets.
- Should have worked in the frontline – dealt with customers directly.
- Should have 2-4years experience in retail outlets/customer service operations.
- Data analysis, interpretation and problem solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (English and Swahili).
- Quick learner.
- Motivated.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Active listener.
