As a Business Operations Professional, you'll oversee the day-to-day and periodic operational processes of IBM's diversified businesses, and ensure that accurate, effective measurement, reporting and analysis are provided to business leadership. That means working directly with IBM business unit leaders as a key advisor to ensure that quality assurance, business controls and procedures result in top-notch administration plans - as well as satisfied customers and satisfactory audits. Specifically, you will develop, administer and optimize revenue, cost and expense budgets, helping IBM and its clients work smarter as globally integrated enterprises.
