Position Overview:
• Partner with other corporate stakeholders (Real Estate, Procurement, IT, HR, Security, Branding, etc.) and the client to implement new strategic initiatives ensuring that people, systems, and processes are seamlessly integrated into the business structure.
• Recommend areas of focus for process redesign to promote brand oriented, cost effective, and scalable facility solutions. Research and evaluate alternate industry leading strategies and the potential benefits to be derived from their implementation. Facilitate the monitoring and measurement of new business processes to provide accountability back to business units.
• Manage relationships with key business unit leaders to stay abreast with emerging needs resulting from workforce expansion/reduction, mergers & acquisitions, and/or business process improvements. Work with operation and support teams to create deployment approaches, facilitate data mapping, implement training plans, and develop management information reporting.
• Provide consulting services to existing clients on a variety of workplace related best practices or cost saving initiatives (occupancy tracking, service delivery, vendor selection/qualification, energy management strategies, critical environments, move management, change management, etc.).
• As work load volume increases, manage additional resources to ensure maximum efficiency and delivery of solutioning services while coordinating with other facilities managers and outsourced team members to ensure effect client delivery.
Qualifications:
10 to 15 years of experience in facilities management, commercial property management, and/or corporate real estate management, including transformation initiatives. Proven experience in implementing positive changes and enhancements to program that resulted in increased customer satisfaction and achieved financial objectives. Experience in renovating and designing facilities that provide flexibility to accommodate future trends. Proven ability to transform workplace programs to desired outcomes, within budgetary guidelines.

Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of building codes, legal concepts, contract preparation
Knowledge of building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems along with building life safety systems
Knowledge of power redundancy through generators and UPS systems
Interaction between building systems and furniture systems
Knowledge of commercial office construction, engineering, and interior design concepts
