Azad University (IR) in Oxford (AUO) is looking to appoint one or two experienced and enthusiastic individuals to work as International Student Recruitment Officers.
The primary purpose of this post is to play a key role in the International Student Recruitment of AUO with specific focus on the International markets of South-East Asia, Middle East, Africa and EU countries.
The post holder has the main responsibility of attracting applications and to maximize enrolments to our courses through different marketing and recruitment channels.
S/he will use his/her marketing knowledge, business network and past experience to contribute to our recruitment strategy and will be a source of professional advice and guidance for related matters.
Key experience and skills required for this position include:
Essential
- Minimum two years experience of working within an international marketing and student recruitment environment within the UK and have the ability to produce results in accordance to certain enrolment dates.
- Have proven experience in Recruiting students from AT LEAST TWO of the following regions: South-East Asia, Middle East, Africa and EU countries
- Have a strong network of international student recruitment agents in above mentioned Regions
- Ability to work independently to specific targets with minimal supervision
Desirable:
- Experience of Digital and Social Media Marketing Campaigns
- Local Language proficiency for above regions
- Participation in International Student Recruitment Events abroad
Other responsibilities
- To ensure support and expertise to all marketing, recruitment and promotional activities, both local and international.
- To contribute in the development of the full range of marketing and publicity materials in line with corporate requirements.
- To travel and participate in national and international marketing campaigns and exhibitions
Salary:
- £22000-£25000 per annum, pro-rata if applicable, depending on experience and skills.
