The HR Relationship Manager is the main contact for all the clients’ recruitment assignments. He/She is responsible for understanding the clients’ business, recruitment needs and expectation and fulfilling them within the agreed timelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, build and maintain external and internal business relationships (client services/project teams).
- Act as first point of contact for all your clients’ recruiting needs.
- Thoroughly understand and execute the terms and conditions between NFT Consult and the Client.
- Implement and manage the client’s recruitment process for a client from inception to completion.
- Ensure that interview processes are timely, organised and with the required attendance and facilitation.
- Participate in formal pre-employment checks of prospective candidates.
- Liaise with the various in-house sourcing administrators to provide your client with the best possible candidates and with the media on job advertising if required.
- Ensure that all relevant communication to managers, applicants and clients are sent out.

- Participate and contribute to the HR management forums, associations, career fairs and any other relevant company events as part of your own personal growth and networking.
Qualifcations:
- Recruitment and an HR background are an added advantage.
- Highly motivated, attention to detail with strong communication skills.
- Requires Problem Solving and Decision Making skills able to identifying and analyzing issues and problems, proactively developing solutions and using judgment to make sound and accurate decisions.
- Good management or project management skills including time and task management, with an ability to manage multiple and conflicting requests.
- Engaging internal (particularly contract employees) & external customers so that they feel valued and confident that we can deliver a dependable and pioneering service.
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills fostering a solution focused environment.
- High levels of commitment, energy, flexibility and personal integrity.
- Good presentation skills, great report writing skills and very computer literate.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or business-related field or equivalent required plus minimum of 2 years professional work experience in business development.
