Duties and Accountabilities: | |
• Perform a range of tasks related to the Human Resource support functions: e.g., quality assurance of key outputs including documentation; preparing reports; drafting and compiling a wide range of HR related documents and following up on key actions. • Independently draft responses to various requests to the HR Unit, respond on benefit and general policy inquiries. Ensure adherence to HR and Administrative Bank guidelines, processing procedures, and clearance requirements and provide quality enhancement for documentation to be cleared/approved by the Human Resources Account Manager or Department Management • Maintain a strong overview of the HR work program and keep updated on Bank policies and procedures through coordination with HQ and intranet • Maintain HR and other databases and spreadsheets for specific project reporting activities, and prepare standard system generated and customized reports (e.g. monthly staffing lists, recruitment plans etc.) • Assume responsibility for transaction processing as required for contractual service requests. • Administer the recruitment process for the region; reviewing job descriptions, posting internally and externally, liaising with agencies /headhunters, scheduling interviews and maintaining recruitment files. • Handle logistics for meetings, workshops and other events organized by HR, including event planning, reservations and all aspect of administrative support, with a particular focus on the co-ordination of the training activities. • Monitor the on-boarding of new staff members. • Work closely with Human Resources Team in handling various external and internal requests, as necessary. • Handle other relevant assignments as necessary. | |
Selection Criteria: | |
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience at a senior administrative level in human resources, preferably in an international environment. • Experience in large volume recruitment, benefits and contracts administration. • In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in carrying out advanced functions/applications of standard technology packages. Knowledge of HR packages, eg. peoplesoft, a plus. • Ability to research, analyze and synthesize information, from databases and present information in clear and concise report form. • Ability to process, handle, and communicate matters of a sensitive and confidential nature • Ability to work effectively with internal/external clients in a multi-cultural environment. • Excellent team working and organizational skills and ability to handle a variety of concurrent activities, to judge priorities and to organize work accordingly. • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. • Flexibility, ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Meticulousness in working with details and large volumes of information. • High degree of motivation, enthusiasm and willingness to continually learn and grow.
