Position Overview:
This role is to support the business to achieve a high standard of master data effectiveness for business continuity during preparation of business continuity plans for Concentrate manufacturing plants and critically during activation of contingency plans in Concentrate manufacturing plants .
The person will ensure all data elements related to the Business Continuity plan (BCP) are completed according to agreed timelines. The person will work closely with the data and formulations teams globally to ensure all data is created and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and co-ordinate master data requirements to support the BCP plan.
• Analyse and interpret Master Data, Create/maintain material, Bill of Material and associated master data on SAP
• Liaise between various functions in the concentrate plants globally to support the BCP plans
• Provide technical SAP and other master data support to operations to solve master data inconsistencies and issues
• Prepare reports on BCP activities and maintain status of global data readiness
• Be part of the business continuity activation team

Qualifications / Experience:
• Third Level degree in a Science, Engineering or Business field
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in supply chain
• Knowledge of master data processes and how they relate to the business.
