Our Client is a Cellular Company in Tanzania looking to fill the following position;
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct and Interpret Customer Experience Surveys- Make calls to customers.
- Conduct structured CSAT surveys and understand opportunities to improve customer experience and improve product and service offerings of the client organisation.
Qualifications;
- Prior experience in working at customer operations/contact centers- preferable telecom.
- Should have worked in the frontline – dealt with customers directly.
- Should have 2-4years experience in customer service operations.
- Data analysis, interpretation and problem solving skills.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (English and Swahili).
- Excellent in dealing with customers.
- Quick learner.
- Motivated.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Active listener.
- Understanding of quality systems like quality analysis, six sigma etc.
