General PurposeWorks:

This role require hands on continuous improvement role in the Module operation area which focus on KPI control, strong coordination with cross functional team in and out of Nokia

Main Responsibility:

• KPI owner in MMO, leading Module operation's QCD and logistic flow's continuous Improvement activity.

• Find system problem and provide professional improvement solution, include procedure and process improvement.

• Collaborates with relevant organizational units(OD, Quality) to implement new solution in MMO.

• Setup and optimize process with support function Dept (outside of MMO).

• Drive and lead improvement project in MMO.

Scope:

Identify the KPI target with MMO internal team.
Initiate regular meeting to review those KPI and provide monthly report, keep monitoring and find out system problem.
Provide solution on KPI improvement, drive MMO internal cross-team improvement activity.
Initiate project and take leader role to improve internal process improvement based on KPI result.
Collaborate with relevant team to implement new project/process, act as MMO internal owner for those projects and process improvement.
Setup and optimize process with support function Dept (outside of MMO), take coordinator role of those activities.
Promote project management skill/Lean concept in MMO)

Qualifications

Qualification:

Min Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
At least 5 years working experience in manufactory. IE engineer, process engineer or quality engineer background is preferred.
Need Project management experience in operation and logistic.
Good Statistical knowledge with analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concept and theories.
Good PC skills on MS office SW.
Fluent in both Chinese & English (both in spoken and written).
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess good report writing and presentation skills.
Knowledge in one or more of the following is desired: 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, PMP, IE, IT.
