As a result of the successful growth of our organization, we are now searching for: Associate Director, Financial Services; Head of Project Management The World Economic Forum USA is seeking a Head of Project Management, Finance to oversee the Forum’s portfolio of emerging markets finance-related work undertaken in conjunction with Member companies of the Forum. Your primary responsibilities will be as follows: - You will be responsible for managing multistakeholder project(s) and will generate strategic dialogue and insights in collaboration with various constituent groups. - You will manage specific project work streams and a team of project managers, including setting goals, managing milestones, designing and executing project-related sessions/workshops, and adhering to timelines while ensuring high-quality output on time and cost. - You will manage external community relationships related to the project portfolio, including contact and follow-up with experts for interviews and research, workshop participation and ongoing dialogue. - You will coordinate in-house resources, including managing relationships and communication with project advisers, coordinating work for supporting staff, reviewing and ensuring high standards of quality for major studies and work products, resolving logistical difficulties as they arise and promoting cross-house collaboration. You have clearly demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellence in the field of business, and a proven interest in global affairs. You possess a broad intellectual background with a Master’s degree from a leading university. You have at least eight years of professional experience, preferably in a related industry field. You have a deep understanding of key strategic financial issues in emerging markets, including such areas as financial system development, financial access for the unbanked and underserved, and infrastructure finance. You have outstanding project management skills and demonstrated project management experience. You are fluent in English and proficient in at least one other language.
