Training & Nationalization Manager
FrontierMEDEX are now searching for a dynamic and proactive Training and Nationalization Manager who can assist with the smooth running of the company’s operations in Uganda.
To be considered for this role you should be an experienced commercial Manager who possesses exceptional organizational, budget and HR management skills. Experience of operating in a client facing role and or multinational organizations is also required.
Salary Range: 4,000-5,000 USD per month depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities Nationalization
Leading on all work aspects related to the accelerated Nationalisation Programme
Recruiting trainee doctors
Coordinating training in line with instructions received from Frontier’s Training Manager
Organising required life-support and securing required resources for visits to Uganda by Frontier’s UK based staff, particularly Training Manager
Establishing relations with medical facilities in Uganda in order to provide trainee Ugandan doctors with a forum for further training and practice to help prevent skill decay
Client Communications
Serving as dedicated first point of contact for clients in Uganda
Attending key meetings with clients when required
Handling queries and complaints from clients
Assisting UK HQ in reporting on service delivery and training progress
Assistance with Project Management / Regulatory Compliance and Legal Management:
Assisting FrontierMEDEX’s project management, operations and legal teams at UK head office in:
Managing client contracts, and integrating work to be performed under the contracts
Managing and maintaining up-to-date plans across all sites of operation
Day to day supervision of all work functions relating to:
Organising orders and forward transport for medical supplies
Handling visa and work permit application processes and follow up
Managing operational logistics
Monitoring legal requirements for service delivery (changes in national regulations, new operational standards)
Requirement:
Qualifications and Experience
An individual with excellent strategic thinking
A strong minded, capable and results orientated individual who is able to develop and execute plans
Proven track record with evidence of results
Ability to effectively and rapidly build strong relationships at a senior level
At least 5 years senior management experience
Salary: - USD/month
