Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in the field of Engineering or Business Administration
- At least 4 years direct work experience in a project/program management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Project/program management certifications
- Strong familiarity with project management software
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

- Assist our local teams in understanding, accessing, manipulating, analyzing and providing quality customer and business insights to Consumer teams and other business units
- Develop & implement appropriate advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modelling, propensity scoring, customer segmentation & customer lifetime value analysis - Drive the firm’s continuing efforts in developing data and analytics models in order to improve marketing effectiveness, customer retention & satisfaction and ultimately, customer profitability
- Provide analytical expertise or business case support to internal customers utilizing various statistical techniques to resolve or support business issues/scenarios

Requirements:
- Degree in Statistics, Business or Finance (or an equivalently highly technical/mathematical discipline). Advanced Degree (Master, PhD) in a highly technical/mathematical discipline (ie; statistics, mathematics, quantitative analysis, computer science, etc.) a strong plus.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with regression methods, decision trees, neural networks and rules-based decision modeling. The ideal candidate will be required to personally use data mining, predictive modeling and statistical techniques to solve business problems, manage stakeholders, and provide data analytics leadership. This is a key hands-on position
- At least 4 years experience developing statistical models and data analysis with extensive knowledge of statistical theory (regression and multivariate statistics) and Data Mining techniques, either in a financial and/or commercial credit environment. Telecommunication industry experience is preferred but not a necessity for this role
