In addition to the technical areas outlined below, tasks will cover project management, term of reference, preparation, evaluation of grant proposals, evaluation and monitoring as well as horizontal issues such as, macroeconomics, legislative approximation, law enforcement, training, research, etc.
Senior Experts should have at least 10 years of experience and Junior Experts more than 3 years.
