Established in 1964, the African Development Bank is the premier pan-African development institution fostering economic growth and social progress in Africa. The Bank's primary goal is to reduce poverty and improve living standards by mobilizing resources in and outside Africa and providing financial and technical assistance for development projects and programs in Africa. The ADB has a total of 77 member states comprising 53 regional (African) and 24 non-regional countries.

Division Manager, Investment and Trading Room (ADB/11/154)
Overseeing the management of around $15 billion of liquid assets, you will provide strategic leadership and vision, define benchmarks and assess the impact of changing market conditions. To be equal to the challenge, you should bring at least a Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or Accounting, alongside a proven track record of dealing with asset and liability management, fixed income markets, derivatives, equity, African capital markets and risk management instruments.
