QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
This is a Senior Administrative position at the University. The applicant must therefore be mature and NOT less than 40 and not more than 56 years of age. The applicant must be a Tanzanian who is a holder of PhD and a Professor or Associate Professor in his field from a recognized University with not less than five years of proven administrative experience, preferably in an Institution of Higher Learning.
DUTIES:
The Deputy Vice Chancellor (Resources Management) shall be the Chief Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor in respect of all administrative matters pertaining to the University. He / She shall be the Principal Assistant to the Vice Chancellor in Finance and Accounts, Administrative matters and Human Resources Management and shall have such other functions as are conferred upon him/her by the University’s CEO.
SALARY:
The salary will be attractive and in keeping with the current prevailing relevant Government circular but not less than PUTS 20 – 21.
