RTI INTERNATIONAL IS RECRUITING FOR THE FOLLOWING JOB POSITIONS FOR AN UPCOMING EDUCATION AND HEALTH PROJECT.
Chief of Party will provide leadership in the design, management, implementation and overall quality assurance of the project. In this role, a successful candidate will be RTI's primary point of contact with USAIO and the MOES. collaborating extensively and meaningfully with government counterparts and providing high-level support for effective local capacity building. This capacity building is essential, as the COP will be expected to sit within the MOES and support sector activities.

Job requirement
Qualifications: Sixteen years of overall experience with at least ten years of relevant field experience in educational development, drawing in particular from experience in teacher training, literacy improvement, education management and governance, community mobilization, ICT in education applications, EMIS design and implementation, improving health outcomes, and assessment Skills in managing and developing revised curricula based on careful analysis of linguistic characteristics of languages is preferred. A master's or higher degree in education or a related field desired. Fluency in English required.
