Summary of Job Description
- Analyse recruitment requests received to initiate candidates' recruitment.
- Execute the process of recruitment and selection for candidates through interviews, psycho-metric tests, skills tests, technical competences tests
- Conduct exit interviews
- Manage contracting process of selected candidate
- Facilitate induction for new personnel
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Management, human resource, Psychology or equivalent
- 4 years working experience doing similar work
