Senior Research Analyst in Petroleum Studies Department

who assists the Head of Department in conceiving and formulating research proposals, analyses and contributions regarding short-term oil market developments for publications, reports and presentations of the Secretariat; studies and analyzes developments in the oil market; and assesses research of external institutions on the international oil market.
Requirements
University degree in Energy Economics or related fields with at least 12 years of work experience; advanced university degree preferred (10 years experience).
Training/specialization in energy analysis, forecasting techniques and knowledge of oil market developments
Initiative, team work, analytical & presentation skills required.
Research Analyst in Environmental Matters Unit

who carries out and contributes to in-depth studies in various areas related to trade, competition and sustainable development with a focus on World Trade Organization (WTO) related issues of interest to oil exporting countries; studies, assesses and provides advice on subjects concerning multilateral agreements and WTO.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields with min. 10 years of work experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Training/specialization in development economics, international economics, research & analysis of trade issues and multilateral trading systems & rules; experience with economic modeling an asset
