Women's Equity in Access to tare & Treatment (WE-ACTx) is a Non-Govern-mental Organization working in Rwanda since 2004, with primary goal of improving access to specific HIV services to women, children and men living with HIV/AIDS. The organization's other goal is synergistic to government of Rwanda and Ministry of Health vision of developing scientific capacity and biomedical research by training active independent research teams who can publish and compete successfully for national, regional and international leadership and resources for research.
Through NIH funding awarded to Albert Einstein College of Medicine, University of Yeshiva, NY (Einstein), two medical doctors have been sponsored to study for 2 years Masters degree in clinical research and training program at Einstein, and one medical doctor has been sent for 4-years histopathology Masters in Kenya at Nairobi University. Einstein and WE-ATCx are now seeking candidates to compete for the following training programs to develop research capacity in cervical cancer and AIDS-related malignancies.

* Personal Statement (1-page) description of career goals
* Two letters from mentors (referees) who professionally know the applicant
* Departmental or institutional letter of support
