- Training

- Employee Relations and welfare
- Performance Management
- Any other administrative task.
- Policy’s & Manual preparation
Qualifications
- A degree / Masters in HR.
- Minimum 3 years experience in factory/FMCG/Retail set-up
- Training oriented
- Soft skills in HRIS applications.
- Good working knowledge of employment and statutory laws
- Good problem solving skills
- Good analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills.
- Experience 3 years (with finished product food)
